"Supporter-Circle"

The PopCures "Supporter Circle" was created to establish and expand the network structures for the implementation of the PopCures concepts in Europe.
The team of graphic designers invested a lot of drawing and digital handwork in the implementation of this extensive collection. The intensive examination of themes and personalities enabled us to use textile media for a new interpretation of time and content, especially in relation to pop culture history.
The supporter pass ensures you exclusive information about new projects and numerous tips about the Pilot regions in Germany, Southern Italy, Portugal and Extremadura in Spain form the starting point.
The large-format fabric pictures are perfect eye-catchers for living rooms, offices, practices, hotel rooms and shops.

***LUCY
* Design LUCY (in the sky) by Marijke Koger
Marijke Koger-Dunham, celebrated as the mother of psychedelic art, has contributed to anchoring the images of the sixties in the collective memory. She transported the music of the era in colours and patterns.
As the ultimate visionary of the hippie aesthetic, Marijke Koger Dunham created album covers and costumes for the Beatles, painted guitars for Eric Clapton and George Harrison, painted the theatre mural for the premiere of the musical ‘Hair’. Koger-Dunham was a founding member of the design collective ‘The Fool’.
Selection of works in collaboration with the artist collective ‘The Fool’
Colourful costumes for the group ‘The Hollies’, worn on the cover of the 1966 album ‘Evolution’.
Album cover of the 1967 LP ‘The 5000 spirits or the layers of the onion’ by the Incredible String Band
Costumes worn by the Beatles during the 1967 television broadcast of ‘All You Need Is Love’. The painting on the Gibson J160E acoustic guitar played by John Lennon during the broadcast also comes from ‘The Fool’
A large, colourful mural spanning three floors on the façade of the Beatles' Apple Boutique in London's Baker Street. At the time, the Apple Boutique also stocked products from ‘The Fool’.
The colourful paintwork on John Lennon's Rolls-Royce in the style of a historic funfair float.
Painting of John Lennon's and Paul McCartney's pianos. Paul McCartney still uses his instrument today.
Painting of George Harrison's Mini, various guitars and the furnishings of Harrison's Kinfauns bungalow (including a custom-built fireplace)
Painting of Eric Clapton's legendary Gibson SG-E guitar and Jack Bruce's Fender VI-E bass. Both instruments were played by Cream on their 1967 tour of the USA.
Set and props for Joe Massot's 1968 film Wonderwall. The Fool appear in the film as extras in the party scene.
